A student who closed the gate told that after trapping the patient, they take him to a private hospital. From there those brokers get 20 thousand rupees immediately. Just a few days ago we caught 4 such touts and we students handed them over to the proctorial board of BHU. But till date no action has been taken against him.
15 pimps surrounded and beat up the lone student

Alleging the collusion of the ambulance driver and the touts, the students said that this should be stopped. The agitated students said that due to touts, poor patients are not being treated in a timely and proper manner. The student told that the student who was beaten up had gone to the hospital today to get treatment for his family members. At the same time, 15 touts surrounded him and beat him up. The student told that earlier they were hanging him and taking him somewhere. When the crowd started increasing, the student was handed over to the Lanka police station.
Students said – why are not taking action
We request the students that the student who was locked in the police station should be released immediately and no action should be taken. A letter was sent to the police and the proctorial board, but no action has been taken so far. If no action is taken soon, they will unite and create an even bigger movement. During this, Lanka Police Inspector Ved Prakash Rai, who reached the spot, persuaded the students to end the dharna and started the traffic by opening the Singh gate.
