German luxury car company BMW has today launched the Silver Shadow Edition of its X4 model in India at a starting price of Rs 71.9 lakh (ex-showroom). Made at the BMW plant in Chennai, this new exclusive edition comes with both petrol and diesel engine options.

The petrol engine variant of the BMW X4 Silver Shadow Edition is powered by a 2-litre engine producing 252 hp. This vehicle can accelerate to 100 kmph in just 6.6 seconds. The price of petrol variants starts from Rs 71.9 lakhs.

Its diesel engine option is powered by a 3-litre engine producing 265 hp and it can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 5.8 seconds. Its price is Rs 73.9 lakh (ex-showroom). BMW said that this vehicle can be booked online through the company’s website from today.
