Ayodhya. Ayodhya, the city of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram, will be seen lit up with lamps on Wednesday. This year, 9 lakh lamps will be lit on ‘Ram ki Paidi’ to welcome Lord Ram, Sita and Lakshmana by organizing the fifth Deepotsav in Ayodhya. On this auspicious occasion, a procession will be taken out from Saket Mahavidyalaya, which will go till Ram Katha Park. The lamp lighting will be inaugurated at Ram Katha Park. Lord Rama, Mata Sita and Lakshmana will reach Ayodhya by Pushpak Vimana. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will receive Ram, Laxman and Sita. Lord Rama’s coronation will be done at Ram Katha Park. Entire Ayodhya is decorated like a bride.
This time 9 lakh lamps will be run on Ram’s foot. Avadh University will try to break the previous record set by it by lighting 7 lakh 51 thousand lamps and try to establish a new record. 12000 volunteers of Avadh University will light a lamp on Ram’s foot. CM Yogi will perform a grand aarti of Saryu.
Special aarti will be done with a lamp equipped with 5100 lights. On this occasion, a laser show and Ramayana carpet scenes will be presented on Ram’s foot, which will be the center of attraction. Many ministers of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s cabinet will attend this festival. Along with the Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel will also witness the fifth Diwali festival.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will traditionally start the Deepotsav by lighting the lamp at Ram’s Paidi. On the other hand, foreign Ramlila will be staged in Ram Katha Park. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will rest the night at the Circuit House. CM will leave for Gorakhpur from Ayodhya on Thursday morning.
