Ram Bahadur Mudgal was assassinated on November 2. In this case, Mahan Mudgal had filed a case against 11 accused. Among them were Shivank alias Shivanshu Mudgal, Tarakeswar, Prashant Pachauri, Syed Sanu, Rahul Pachauri, Vikas Pachauri, Rekha, Mukesh Sharma, Sumit Paliwal, Anil and Rajiv. The police had exposed the murder by arresting two accused Shivanshu and Tarakeswar Mudgal. The remaining nine accused are yet to be arrested.
