According to the information, Dharmesh alias Santi and Manoj Kumar have a shoe factory in Nagla Padma of Sadar area. When people saw flames rising from the factory in the early hours of Monday, they informed the police and fire brigade. By the time fire tenders reached the spot, the fire had engulfed a nearby showroom. A fire broke out in the gym.
The fire brigade brought the fire under control after a struggle of about two hours. By then, a lot of things were burnt in the factory, showroom and gym. The damage caused by the fire is being assessed. The cause of the fire is not clear yet.
