Mothers Performing The Duty Of Motherhood By Staying Away From The Children, Some Women Living In The Women’s Shelter House, Some Women Living In The Circle And Some Dedicated Themselves To God
In the women’s shelter located in Vrindavan, Mathura, there are some mothers who have children but they are away from them and they are doing their duty by staying in the shelter house.
For the long life and health of the children, women keep fast on Ahoi Ashtami. On the occasion of Ahoi Ashtami on Thursday, mothers keep a fast and pray for the long life of their children. But in the women’s shelter located in Vrindavan, Mathura, there are some mothers who have children but they are away from them and they are doing their duty by staying in the shelter house.
200 women are living in Mahila Ashray Sadan
200 women living their lives coming from different parts of the country are living in Chaitanya Bihar Mahila Aashray Sadan of Vrindavan. These women spend their day by doing Bhajan Kirtan, worshiping God. The saddest situation in front of these women is when a festival comes and they have to stay away from their loved ones.
Some women are fasting in the shelter house, most of them dedicated themselves to God.
Some women in the shelter house are from Bengal, some from Orissa, some from Chhattisgarh and some from Uttar Pradesh. Most of the women living here are absorbed in the devotion of God away from their loved ones. A 70-year-old woman resident of Agra, living in Ashray Sadan, did not reveal her name and told that she has been living here for 8 years. He has 3 sons but the financial condition of the family is not good. She still observes Ahoi Ashtami fast for the long life of her sons. At the same time, a 74-year-old woman living in North 24 Parganas of Bengal told that she used to observe Ahoi Ashtami fast till 16 years ago. But since she has come here, she has left everything to God. These elderly women told that there are husbands, two daughters, but she leaves everything and considers God as her own.
