Advocate Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi told the court that Additional Superintendent of Police PAC Head Quarter Lucknow had issued an order on May 7, 2022 to transfer the PAC constables to Armed Police.

The Allahabad High Court, while giving two weeks’ time to the advocate of the state government to file a reply on the petition, said that the constables transferred during this period should not be relieved from their posts.
