The Allahabad High Court has said that all presiding officers should strictly implement the Corona guidelines.
The Allahabad High Court has issued an order for all the lower courts on Monday. In view of the increasing corona infection in UP, the High Court has said that all the presiding officers should strictly implement the corona guidelines. The number of lawyers in the court room should not exceed 10 at a time. Only 6 chairs will be arranged with proper distance in the court room. Further, the Presiding Officer shall have the power to restrict the entry of persons in the Court.
It has also been said that sanitization of the court campus should be done. With the help of District Judge, Magistrate, other administrative officers and CMO/CMS, the entire court complex should be ensured to be cleaned. The DM will ensure the sanitization of the court premises daily. The facility of Virtual Court can be used for the functioning of the Court in case of demand by Judicial Officers and Lawyers.
