There are 925 such villages in Madhya Pradesh which come under forest village. Out of these, 827 villages were converted into revenue villages in the hands of Amit Shah. On this occasion, Amit Shah said that this change will prove to be revolutionary. Along with this, dividend amount of more than 70 crores was also distributed to the tendu patta collectors in the function today. At the end of the program, CM Shivraj announced that instead of the present Rs 250 for tendu patta harvesting, Rs 300 per 100 bundles would now be given.
