How to apply for the award

While filling the online form, the applicant couple should have joint latest photo showing disability, marriage registration certificate, income and caste certificate, age certificate of young man and girl in which date of birth is mentioned.
The application form is to be made online on the above website along with documents like disability certificate issued from competent authority, joint account operated in nationalized bank, certificate of domicile and photocopy of Aadhar card of young man and girl. Submit the print and hardcopy of all these online submitted application forms to the office of the concerned District Disabled Empowerment Officer.
What are the eligibility conditions
Meenu Singh told about the eligibility that the age of the youth should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years at the time of marriage. The age of the girl should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. There should not be any income tax payer in the couple. The disability should be 40% or more as per the certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer. Such Divyang couple will be eligible who have got married in the last financial year and the current financial year.
