Virendra (34 years), a resident of village Jewari under Kankarkheda police station area, went to the wedding ceremony at Shagun Farm House on Kankarkheda Highway on Wednesday night with his friend Bhushan. There is a land rivalry going on in Virendra’s village. At two o’clock on Wednesday night, car riders attacked Virendra and Bhushan with a deadly attack. Along with hitting Virendra with sticks, he also fired with a gun.
The accused assailants fled after the incident. Later Bhushan reached there with a car and took Virendra to Kailashi Hospital in Kankarkheda where doctors declared him brought dead.
