The police was looking for the accused. Accused Lekhpal Abhimanyu Kumar Ojha son Gopal Ojha district Ballia is accused of getting a job by making a Scheduled Caste certificate. On investigation these things were found to be true. In this case, Suresh Jaiswal, the settlement officer of the district had filed a case in Kotwali. Which was constantly being investigated by the district police.

District Sub Inspector Madhusudan Chaurasia said that the accused Abhimanyu Kumar Ojha was arrested from Gadwar in Ballia district. The police was looking for the accused for a long time. The accused Lekhpal has been sent to jail.

While talking to Dainik Bhaskar, District Settlement Officer Suresh Jaiswal told that the accused Lekhpal was recruited to the post of Lekhpal by the Subordinate Selection Commission in 2016. The information about the posting of fake documents by the Lekhpal came in 2021. The accused Lekhpal used to work in Azamgarh district. The matter was sent by the DM of the district to Ballia DM for investigation. Reminder was also sent twice, after which the accused Lekhpal has been sacked about nine months ago. The settlement officer says that the money that the government accused Lekhpal has taken will also be recovered.
