After working at a petrol pump for seven years, learning the nuances of filling petrol and selling it, with the help of an accountant, made a game of crores in the ledger in five years.
Two youths working at a petrol pump located in Sarojininagar police station area of Lucknow grabbed Rs 2.80 crore by playing in the account details. When the game came to the fore in the audit, the police station arrested both on the complaint of the petrol pump owner. The accused had left the job so that they should not be caught. The police is looking for both the criminal history and that of the associate accountant.

According to Sarojini Nagar Inspector Santosh Kumar Arya, Lal Bahadur Yadav, resident of Gauri village and Manoj Kumar Yadav, resident of Amausi Airport Chilawan, have been arrested near Vijaynagar on Friday on charges of cheating. A case was filed against them by the owner of Shree Filling Station, Kaushalendra, on 16 March. Based on the investigation, action has been taken against both of them. Information is being gathered about the role of accountant Ajay Gupta. During interrogation, both told that they were working since 2009 at Shri Filling Station located at Kanpur Road Transportnagar. The owner Kaushlendra Singh had given the complete work of the petrol pump. From 2016, we started rigging cash, checks and transactions by joining company’s accountant Ajay Gupta with us. Accountant Ajay was not caught after meeting him. We have embezzled about 02 crore 80 lakh rupees from 2016 to 2021. When the owner started the audit on suspicion, he left the job.
