Election campaign with huge crowd
The police has registered the first case in violation of the code of conduct. In the case of violation of the code of conduct during the election campaign, the police have registered a case against SP Patron Mulayam Singh Yadav’s Samdhi and BJP candidate from Sirsaganj Hariom Yadav, his son, including five nominated and 200 to 250 unknowns.
Case registered in Nasirpur police station
In the case registered at police station Nasirpur, Sub-Inspector of Police Raghavendra Singh has written that on January 28, he was on patrol for peacekeeping, when BJP candidate Hari Om Yadav, Vijay Pratap alias Chhotu residents of village Kutukpur Sherpur located on Sirsaganj Road, Gadsan, Vijay About 200 to 250 unknown people, including Pratap Yadav Pradhan, Ramdas Yadav, Rakesh Yadav, former Pradhan, were campaigning in the village with 70 to 80 four wheelers. None of them were wearing masks. Couldn’t show it when asked for permission.

The police have registered a case under sections 188, 269, 270, 171H, 3 under the Kovid Epidemic Act for violation of the code of conduct and ignoring the rules of Kovid. In this case, SHO Nasirpur said that a case has been registered against BJP candidate Hari Om Yadav for violating the code of conduct and ignoring the rules of Kovid. He said that the candidates should campaign according to the guidelines given by the Election Commission. Action will be taken against the violators by registering a case.
