Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is continuously carving out the possibilities of industrial development in Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority (GIDA), is coming today to give the gift of development to Gorakhpur. On Sunday, at 10:30 am, CM Yogi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for development works worth Rs 143 crore in Gida.
At the same time, by handing over a letter of allotment of 45.5 acres of land to 6 new investors, an investment of Rs 1005 crore will pave the way for about 2700 new jobs. Earlier on Saturday, Chief Minister Mahant Digvijay Nath would inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for development projects worth more than Rs 144 crore during a function organized at Memorial Park.
33.16 crore 40 projects will be inaugurated
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Gorakhpur on Saturday. CM will inaugurate 40 projects of Rural Engineering Department and Gorakhpur Development Authority costing Rs 33.16 crore during the program organized at Mahant Digvijaynath Memorial Park located in Ramgarhtal area at 3:30 pm on the same day. He will also lay the foundation stone of 21 projects of Housing Development Council, Barh Khand and Public Works Department costing Rs 111.33 crore.
Most of the projects that have been laid at the hands of the Chief Minister are related to flood prevention measures. Along with this, CM Yogi will also lay the foundation stone for the construction of Kasturba Gandhi Girls Hostel at Gola (costing Rs. 2 crore 16 lakh 55 thousand) and auditorium at Government ITI Chargaon (cost Rs. 4 crore 52 lakh).
Will get the gift of development on Sunday
On the second day of Gorakhpur tour, on Sunday also, the process of getting the gift of development from the hands of CM Yogi will continue. The Chief Minister will hand over land allotment letters to the entrepreneurs to pave the way for investment in GIDA. Along with this, he will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for many development works related to infrastructure in Gida area.
20 acres to Keyan Distillery Pvt Ltd., 5.5 acres to Tatva Plastics Pvt Ltd., CP Milk and Food Products Pvt Ltd., Quartz Opalware Pvt Ltd., Aditya Motor Pvt Ltd. and 5-5 acres to Buddha Medical Trust, which have expressed their willingness to set up industries in Gida. The distribution of land allotment letter will be done in the hands of CM Yogi.
1005 crore investment proposed
A total investment of Rs 1005 crore is proposed by these new investors. Through this, about 2700 new jobs will be created. On the initiative of Yogi government, a garment cluster of 101 plots is being developed on 25 acres of land in Bhiti Rawat Sector 26 of Gida. In this, allotment letters of 56 plots have been issued.
It is expected that 5 entrepreneurs of Garment Cluster will get the allotment letter on CM’s platform. During this, CM will also inaugurate projects costing Rs 67.86 crore and lay foundation stones for projects worth Rs 75.83 crore for infrastructure development in different sectors of Gida.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Kushinagar directly from Varanasi on Saturday. After this, he will come to Gorakhpur on a two-day tour from Kushinagar.
Will take stock of preparations for PM Modi’s program in Kushinagar
In view of PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Kushinagar and Lumbini on May 16, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Kushinagar directly from Varanasi on Saturday. After this, he will come to Gorakhpur on a two-day tour from Kushinagar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Kushinagar airport at 9 am on Monday. In view of the Prime Minister’s visit, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Kushinagar Airport directly from Varanasi at 10 am on Saturday to take stock of the preparations and security arrangements.
From the helipad next to Ramabhar Stupa to the main Mahapari Nirvana temple, you will see the entire arrangement. Along with this, with the DM and SP, they will discuss the preparations and security arrangements. After that, CM Yogi will go to meet Bhadant AB Dnyaneshwar, president of Myanmar Buddha Vihar Bhikshu Sangh.
CM Yogi will come to Gorakhpur at 12 o’clock
CM Yogi Adityanath will return to Gorakhpur by helicopter at 12 o’clock from Kushinagar tour. After resting in the temple, he will address the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony in the planetarium area at 3.30 pm. CM Yogi can also review the development works of the district with the officials. On Saturday night, the CM will rest the night at Gorakhnath temple. After the public darshan on Sunday morning, CM Yogi Adityanath will address the inauguration and foundation stone of Sahjanwa Gida from 10.30 am. It is expected that from there we will leave for Lucknow.
Will reach Kushinagar with Governor on Monday
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Kushinagar airport directly from Lucknow along with Governor Anandiben Patel in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit on Monday. Where the Governor and CM will receive Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
