The minimum temperature in the capital Delhi was recorded at 24.6 degree Celsius this morning i.e. on Tuesday. Meteorologists have predicted light rain or drizzle along with cloud cover in the sky during the day. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the humidity level in the air was recorded at 93 per cent at 8.30 am. The city received 6.5 mm of rain from 8.30 am on Monday to 8.30 am on Tuesday.
According to the IMD, the day is likely to be generally cloudy with light rain. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 33 degree Celsius. Delhi on Monday recorded a minimum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius.
According to the data of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality in Delhi remained in the ‘moderate’ category on Tuesday morning. The Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 158 at 9:15 am. AQI between zero to 50 ‘good’, 51 to 100 ‘satisfactory’, 101 to 200 ‘moderate’, 201 to 300 ‘poor’, 301 to 400 ‘very poor’ and 401 to 500 considered ‘serious’.
