- DIOS Taught Lesson To School Managers In Jaunpur : Action On Dictatorial Attitude, Appointment Of 12 Teachers, Salary Will Be Recovered From Manager’s Account

The District School Inspector of Jaunpur, Rajkumar Pandit has taken action against the school managers. For the dictatorial attitude of the managers and to teach them a lesson, DIOS has appointed 12 teachers in its office. Actually, after the appointment, the manager of the school was not allowing his joining in his school. By issuing the appointment letter, DIOS has got them taken over. Their salary will be recovered from the account of the manager.
20 teachers did not take charge
In relation to the advertisement numbers 1/2021 and 2/2021 from the Secondary Education Service Selection Board, more than 700 teachers were selected in various aided non-government secondary schools of the district. The panel was also issued by the District School Inspector in this regard. But 20 teachers were not taken over by some managers. Due to their arbitrary and dictatorial attitude, the managers did not provide joining to the college even after the appointment of 20 teachers.
Secondary teachers union created pressure
In this regard, the officials of the serving Secondary Teachers Association continuously put pressure on the DIOS. He demanded action under Section 17(2) of the Selection Board Act to give relief to the selected candidates from the selection board to check the arbitrariness and dictatorial attitude of the managers.
DIOS Jaunpur has issued appointment letters to 12 teachers under Section 17(2) of the Selection Board Act. After the issue of appointment letter, the work has been assumed in the office itself. Apart from this, appointment letters have also been issued to 8 candidates and they will also be joined soon.
first time this happened
This is the first time in Uttar Pradesh that such a large number of teachers have joined the office of the District Inspector of Schools. The office has been taken over by the District School Inspector under Section 17(2) of the Selection Board. Now regular salary payment will be ensured to these teachers and the entire expenditure falling under their salary head will be recovered from the concerned managers like land revenue through the District Magistrate.

In this regard, the State President of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Teachers Association serving, Ramesh Singh said that our organization was continuously pressurizing the DIOS to ensure that the candidates selected from the selection board in any way under the provisions mentioned in the Secondary Education Act, 1921 and the Selection Board Act. be taken over. Today the (serving) organization has got significant success in this regard.
