The Chandauli government is concerned about the health of the people. In such a situation, a listen to doctor program will be organized on April 22 from 3 to 6 pm. In this, a panel of eminent doctors will discuss various diseases and give proper medical advice. Along with this, by answering the questions of the patients, they will satisfy their curiosity.

CMO Dr Yugal Kishore Rai told that the panel of doctors will tell about the treatment and care of Ayushman Bharat scheme, malaria, dengue, JE, typhoid, blood pressure, sugar, pregnant women for two hours. People will be given advice regarding food and living habits. The program will also tell about the prenatal check-ups and the care and vaccination of the newborn for the first 28 days. Apart from this, there will be an hour’s time to answer the questions of the people.

To join the program people have to join the link (https://webcast.gov.in/up/helth). The Health Department has directed ANMs, CHOs, Sangini, Asha, Anganwadi workers to connect people to the program through smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. A target has been set to connect five to ten people at each place. The workers will take selfies with the people attending the program and send them on the WhatsApp group.
Helpful in prevention of corona
Dr. Sanjay Kumar, doctor of the district hospital said that by organizing such events, the health department is giving information to the people about prevention and treatment of diseases. At the same time, this program will be very effective in preventing the spread of a dreadful disease like corona.
