In Kannauj district, fake Aadhar cards were being made in a house to get bogus voting done in the assembly elections. Police arrested a young man with equipment. The matter is of Salempur village of Saurich police station area. The work of making fake Aadhar card was going on in the house of Jitendra Singh Pal son Jai Singh. According to the police, Aadhar cards were being made here to conduct fake voting.

On the basis of information, light in-charge Dilip Mishra, sub-inspector Sandeep Katara constable Harish raided. They arrested a young man from the house. Along with the fake Aadhar card, laptop, lamination machine and other equipment were arrested from him. The accused told that they were making Aadhar cards to conduct fake voting in the assembly elections. His three companions Fal Singh Pal son Ajay Pal Singh resident of Nagla Bihari police station Saurikh, Vipin Kumar and Shivam Kumar son Jaipal Singh resident of Bhagwant Pur Kotwali escaped from Chhibramau. The police gathered in search of the accused.
