‘Farmer Participation-Priority Our’ campaign from April 24: The campaign will run in rural bank branches till May 1, KCC applications will be taken

To make our campaign a success, a meeting was held at Vikas Bhawan in Agra today. It was decided that from April 24 to May 1, camps would be set up in all rural bank branches. All the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi will be saturated with Kisan Credit Card (KCC) during the campaign. The objective of the campaign is to provide maximum benefits of central and state government schemes to the farmers so that their income can be doubled. Chief Development Officer A Manikandan gave instructions to the subordinates regarding the preparations for the Vikas Bhawan campaign. District Lead Manager Suresh Ram, District Development Manager NABARD Vishal Anand were present on this occasion. He told that this nationwide campaign will start from April 24. Gram Sabha will be organized in all the Gram Panchayats. During this, such farmers who have not yet made KCC (Kisan Credit Card). They can apply for Kisan Credit Card with their land documents KYC.

KCC will also be made for cattle and fish farmers
Please tell that this campaign is being run by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. A target has been set to saturate all the beneficiaries of Kisan Samman Nidhi in the country with Kisan Credit Card. Along with this, Kisan Credit Cards will be made for the livestock and fish farmers. Farmers will also be enrolled in social security schemes – Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana.
