So far, two BJP candidates in Rampur have been booked for violating the model code of conduct. After Baldev Singh Aulakh, a case has been registered against Akash Saxena alias Honey, the BJP candidate from the city seat, under the Code of Conduct Violation, Disaster Management and Epidemic Act at the Patwai police station. It is alleged that in the police station area, Akash Saxena held a meeting with 70-80 supporters on Thursday night and was carrying a convoy of 16 vehicles.
Akash Saxena is in the field against Azam Khan
Let us inform that Akash Saxena alias Honey is the BJP candidate from the city assembly seat. Akash has a figure of 36 with Azam Khan. Akash is also a plaintiff in many cases of Azam Khan. Akash was present with a convoy of about 70-80 supporters and 16 vehicles at Mridul Saxena’s residence in Ghanshyampur of Patwai police station area on Thursday night.
He was also addressing a gathering. After getting information, the police registered a case against Akash Saxena alias Honey and Mridul Saxena under the Code of Conduct Violation, Disaster Management and Epidemic Act.
BJP’s second candidate sued
Earlier, BJP’s Minister of State for Jal Shakti and BJP candidate from Bilaspur Assembly seat, Baldev Singh Aulakh, was also booked by the police for violating the code of conduct.
