On Friday, at Atal Ghat in Kanpur, Fisheries Minister Dr. Sanjay Kumar Nishad floated dead fish in the Ganges. As soon as the fish were flown in the Ganges under the Matsya Angulika Ratching Program, hundreds of fish came out dead. As soon as it fell into the water, the dead fish remained on the surface of the water. In the scorching heat, fishes kept in plastic packets died.

Dr. Sanjay Kumar Nishad while talking to the reporters said that hunting in the Ganges is banned for two months. If someone caught fish by putting a net, then action is fixed on him.
