On finding the mess in the mess, the Health Department closed the hostel mess, while the Drug and Food Safety Department canceled the registration of the cooking firm and sent five samples of food for testing. Dr. Neeraj Garg, Medical Superintendent of Sarvodaya Hospital said that all the students who came to the hospital were tested for blood pressure, oxygen level and sugar, which were found to be normal. Symptoms of food poisoning are often not found. Due to which the children became ill together, it is being investigated. At the same time, the Health Department believes that the condition of the children has deteriorated due to poor water, poor quality of food. The Health Department has also expressed the possibility of food poisoning.

According to the Health Department officials, seven students including Pratima, resident of Fatehpur Kalan village of Police Station Bijnor, Nishita, resident of Gadiabagh, Delhi Gate Aligarh, Sakshi Chaudhary, resident of Chandpur Bijnor, Anushka resident of Anand Vihar Patna and Mansi, resident of Khurja Bulandshahr were admitted to the hospital. . After first aid, four were discharged, while three girl students have been kept in the hospital.
Vineet Kumar, District Designated Officer of Drugs and Food Safety Department said that the registration of the cooking firm Amnish Caters has been canceled.
