The Intelligence Bureau (IB), the country’s intelligence agency, has sent a big alert to the Bihar Police. Basing its intelligence report as the basis, the IB has asked to keep a close watch on those importing unlicensed explosive materials inside Bihar, making firecrackers and then stocking them as people involved in anti-national activities are trying to take advantage of it.
According to the report, terrorist organizations can take advantage of this inside Bihar by using IED in the tiffin box found along with anti-national anti-social elements terrorists. In this regard, an alert has been sent by IB to IG, DIG of all ranges of Bihar and SSP and SP of all districts (including rail district). All of them have been asked to take special vigil in their range and district.
Attention will be given to supply network
In its report, the IB has asked the Bihar Police to keep a close watch on the entire network of illegal explosives, crackers and stockists. Along with criminals, Pakistan-based terrorist organizations are trying to carry out anti-national activities. People associated with terrorist organizations can also carry out sabotage activities. Their intention is to cause harm in any way. It has been said in the report that if their planning is successful, then at any time suddenly there can be a big loss of life and property. Illegal business of firecrackers can prove to be harmful to the security of Bihar, so along with keeping an eye on their entire channel, they will have to be investigated.
Terrorist incident has happened with the help of sleeper cell
Recently, there has been a blast in Bhagalpur and then in Gopalganj for illegally making and stocking firecrackers. Many people have lost their lives. The investigation of both these incidents is going on. Meanwhile, now the IB has given its input, after which the police officers have now become alert. They have started trying to identify the crackers without a license.
In fact, with the help of their sleeper cell, terrorist organizations have carried out terrorist incidents like serial blast in Bihar’s Bodh Gaya and then in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan. In order to prevent such incidents from happening again and to prevent the use of IEDs in tiffin boxes, the IB has alerted on its behalf.
