Muzaffarnagar: A sensational case has come to light in Uttar Pradesh, in which a murderer has threatened to enter the judge’s house even before the verdict. An Additional District Sessions Judge in Muzaffarnagar has been allegedly threatened by an accused in a kidnapping and murder case. In fact, Judge Sandeep Gupta of Muzaffarnagar District Sessions Court had on Tuesday reserved his verdict in the case against accused Amit Jain. When the judge was not in his house, the accused threatened his family with dire consequences and fled.
According to the complaint lodged by Judge Gupta’s wife Neeru Aggarwal, the accused barged into his official residence and threatened the family with dire consequences if the verdict was not in his favour. The family has sought police protection.
A case has been registered against Jain at the Civil Lines police station under sections 472 (forcible entry), 387 (endangering life of any person), 353 (assault) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code, police said. Is.
