The complaint was made by Uday Pal, the current chairman of Kasba Kampil, Farrukhabad. Bulldozers ran on the guest house built by Uday Pal on Saturday. At the same time, the building was built by occupying the fleet amount land located near the municipality. As soon as the bulldozer roared on the guest house, EO housing was written outside the building. Whereas before the bulldozer roared, the situation regarding this house was confused, because the people of the municipality president were taking care of it.
Near the Nagar Panchayat Kampil there is a fleet of land for cattle. SP government chairman Uday Pal Singh Yadav had constructed a luxurious building on this land in the year 2016 at a cost of lakhs of rupees. Earlier, tender was also issued from the Nagar Panchayat for the construction of the building, but later the construction process was veiled.
Regarding the construction, the then District Panchayat President Tehsil Siddiqui started the process of getting the land free from possession by telling the district panchayat. Later this action was stopped. This building was occupied by the personal people of the chairman. Due to this there was confusion among the people regarding the building.
Complaint was made in the year 2019
Himakat Ulla Khan, a resident of Kampil town, had complained to the DM in the year 2019 about the possession of the fleet amounting land by the chairman, but neither action was taken in this case nor the status of ownership of the building could be clarified. Later, Mukesh Yadav, a resident of Kamlaipur, also complained about the possession of this land.
