But if you imagine that when you are searching for chips or other snacks by putting your hands in the packet and at that time you find a lizard inside the packet, that too fry. So anyone’s shock is justified. Something similar happened with a young man from Tamil Nadu. He had bought pakoras to eat with a great heart. But when he put his hand inside the packet, the fry lizard also came out in it. This shocked him.
According to media reports this incident Tamil Nadu It happened with pakodas made by a shop located in Palayamkottai town of Tirunelveli district. A young man from Maharaja Nagar bought a packet of pakodas from this shop on 23 October. But when he reached home and opened the packet, along with the dumplings, the fry lizard also came out.
According to the report of News18 Karnataka, the youth then lodged a complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) through WhatsApp, which instructed Tirunelveli officials to check the packets. After this, a team of FSSAI officials visited the shop and found that there were many violations of rules, including not keeping sweets and sevaiyan properly. According to the Indian Express report, the packets in which the young man found the lizard were no longer present. The officials also took samples of other snacks and sent them to the laboratory for testing.
Food Safety Department official Shashi Deepa visited the shop and found several violations. He told that the young man had complained about it even before opening the packet. They will take a legal route as it will clearly contain the date of purchase, name of the shop and other information.
He said that once a packet is cut, we will take whatever we find during the inspection. We have found violation of rules in the shop and we have taken steps accordingly.
