IND vs AUS Mohali T20: The first match of the three T20 match series between India and Australia was played in Mohali, Punjab today. Batting first, Team India managed to make a huge score of 208 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. But in reply, the Australian team achieved the target by losing 6 wickets. With this win, Australia has taken a 1-0 lead in the 3-match T20I series. In the first T20, Cameron Green received the Player of the Match award for his brilliant batting.
Electing to bat after losing the toss, the Indian team set a target of 209 runs in front of Australia. The wicket of Rohit Sharma, who came to open batting, fell quickly. Rohit got out after scoring 11 runs off 9 balls. After this Virat Kohli also had to return to the pavilion for 2 runs. KL Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav stood for the third wicket. In the innings, KL Rahul scored 55 runs off 35 balls and Suryakumar Yadav scored 46 runs in 25 balls. Hardik Pandya scored an unbeaten 71 off 30 balls to take the team to a great total.

Nathan Ellis of Australia took 3 wickets. Josh Hazlewood took 2 wickets for 39 runs in 4 overs. Apart from this, Cameron Green took one wicket for 46 runs in 3 overs.
Chasing the target of 209 runs, Australia got off to a good start. Aaron Finch scored 22 runs off 13 balls. Cameron Green scored a brilliant 61 off 30 balls. Steve Smith made 35 off 24 balls while Maxwell was dismissed for 1 run. In the end, Matthew Wade played a tremendous innings to give victory to Australia.
For India, Axar Patel took 3 wickets for just 17 runs in 4 overs. Umesh Yadav got 2 wickets in his account. Yuzvendra Chahal took a wicket. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Harshal Patel had a bad day in batting. Bhuvneshwar Kumar gave 52 runs in 4 overs, while Harshal Patel conceded 49 runs in 4 overs.
