AD Health and CMO inspecting Tej Bahadur Sapru Hospital.
AD Health Dr. Vimlendu Shekhar and CMO Dr. Nanak Saran arrived on Saturday to inspect Tej Bahadur Sapru i.e. Bailey Hospital. Medicines were being distributed at the drug distribution counter of the hospital, but after seeing the stock book, it was found that it has not been updated since April 1.
The daily drug distribution register was not maintained here. The officials expressed their displeasure over this. Pharmacist Ramakant Mishra working at the counter was warned and an explanation was also sought from him. On inquiry at the registration counter, it was found that 905 patients have been registered in which 75 are old patients.
Keep 40 bedded PICU ready in the hospital

The CMO directed the hospital superintendent to keep a 40-bed PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) ready. So that the children coming here do not face any inconvenience in the treatment. Presently 12 patients were admitted in Piku ward.
All the doctors were present in the OPD during the inspection. The officials also directed that all the doctors should write themselves in the OPD register and treatment and medicine should also be written in the register. The cleanliness system of the CMO hospital was satisfied.
