Kamlesh Pathak appeared in MP-MLA court in Auraiya: accused of double murder, the testimony of third witness was completed, charge sheet was filed against 11 people

The testimony of the third witness was completed in the court.

In the famous double murder case of Auraiya, all the 11 accused, including SP MLC, appeared in the court on Friday. The testimony process of the third witness was completed in the MP MLA Court, which is trying the case.

Advocate Assistant District Government Advocate Ramesh Chandra Mishra told that the date of next hearing has been fixed as May 17. Another witness has been summoned in this.

On 15 March 2020, advocate Manjul Choubey and his cousin Sudha were shot dead in the Panchmukhi Hanuman temple complex located in Mohalla Narayanpur of the city. In this case, the police filed a charge sheet against 11 accused including SP MLC Kamlesh Pathak, Santosh Pathak, Ramu Pathak.

All the accused are being presented in the court from different jails. The matter is being tried expeditiously on the orders of the High Court.

All the accused appeared in MP MLA Court Rajat Sinha. Defense advocate Kripanand Bajpai was also present on the occasion. Other witnesses in the case have been summoned on the appointed date May 17.
