Kannauj District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Mishra while presiding over the monthly review meeting of the development works organized in the Collectorate Auditorium, while directing the concerned officers said that all the officers themselves should be present at the same time. Ensure 100% recording work in the registers/records in Gaushalas and special care should be taken for fodder, feed and drinking water. Complete 100% construction of Panchayat buildings. Dangling electric wires should be rectified by running a campaign. Gaushalas should be constructed at the gram panchayat level. To bring water to the tails, recording of cowsheds, progress in participation of cows, progress of health and wellness center, hand pump rebar, availability of medicines, status of ambulance services, institutional deliveries, vaccination and incomplete construction works, scholarship scheme, Chief Minister’s residence, While doing a thorough review of the work being done related to development like Prime Minister’s Housing, National Rural Livelihoods Mission, MNREGA, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, construction of new roads/bridges, condition of pothole-free and widening of roads, etc., do good work in the development works conducted in the district. Instructions were given to all the officers who got “D” category in the ranking and to intensify the work and to be sensitive in the works.
He instructed to ensure cleanliness by running a campaign by the Municipality in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna Urban. He directed to ensure proper arrangement of waste disposal in all the urban areas and to expedite the construction of MRF centers under construction in the district. Under the Chief Minister’s destitute / destitute cow vansh participation scheme, in all the development blocks, he directed to complete the goal of 100 percent ear-tagging of cows and mahishvanshis, besides completing the recording work in the letters of the animals given in the last month’s participation. He did a thorough review of vaccination etc. of animals and gave strict instructions to expedite the process of catching stray animals. He gave necessary instructions to the Chief Veterinary Officer and all the Block Development Officers to maintain the cows on the basis of their full capacity by setting up gaushalas at the gram panchayat level and to keep regular arrangements for their fodder and drinking water.
He directed that the money earned by making cow dung from cow sheds etc. and selling them to perfume traders through village groups, should be used in gaushalas and their development.
In the meeting, while reviewing Jain on important points like Kanya Sumangala Yojana, voluntary group, marriage grant, widening of roads, manufacture of organic manure, promotion of fisheries, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Operation Rejuvenation, all the schemes run by the government in some way. Instructions were given not to be neglected. In view of the summer season, he directed to set up a control room of drinking water schemes in the district at the block level. In this sequence, he gave necessary instructions while reviewing the schemes of various pension schemes, mass marriage scheme, milk development, Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana etc. The Chief Development Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Project Director, District Development Officer, Deputy Director Agriculture, District Agriculture Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Earth and Number Officer, etc. were present in the meeting.
