Lucknow. Akhilesh Yadav has taken major action against 5 SP leaders accused of plotting violence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Kanpur rally. Akhilesh Yadav has thrown him out of the Samajwadi Party. The police have also arrested these five for plotting violence during the Kanpur rally.
Significantly, on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had reached Kanpur to inaugurate the metro rail. During this he addressed the rally. Meanwhile, a video went viral on social media, in which some people were seen vandalizing a vehicle. He was setting fire. The poster of PM Narendra Modi was put on this vehicle. Police swung into action after the video surfaced. The police considered it a conspiracy to spread violence and registered a case and started arresting.
After this matter came to the fore, SP President Akhilesh Yadav has also shown strictness. On his instructions, all the five accused in the Kanpur incident have been expelled from the party. Soon after the BJP attacked the SP, the Samajwadi Party expelled Sachin Kesarwani, Ankur Patel, Ankesh Yadav, Sukant Sharma and Sushil Rajput from the party.
It is alleged that the leaders of SP were creating a nuisance in their own vehicle by putting BJP flags and PM Modi’s posters. Earlier, SP leaders were arrested in this case. Police say that a case has been registered against five leaders of the Samajwadi Party.
