Laddu showering from high places and devotees eager to grab them. The swirling clouds of Abir-Gulal, the sages praising the voice of the Rasikas, the echo of Radhe-Radhe all around, the panda dancing in fun with the socialites was such a sight of the world famous Shri Radharani (Ladli ji) temple of Barsana.
On Thursday, the tide of faith was rising in every corner of Barsana. The one who saw him was walking towards the temple. Everyone was eager to see the wonderful scene of Laddu Holi with their eyes. During this, the singing of Pandey Braj Barsane Aayo was being done by the socialists to Nandgaon.
On the evening of Falgun Sudi Ashtami, the view of Ladli Ji Temple was gaiety and ecstatic. As soon as the doors of the temple opened in the evening, the Goswami Samaj started singing the society.
Panda, who came from Nandgaon, was welcomed by the priest on behalf of Bhanu Baba. Panda danced with joy. The laddus were spread among the spectators by the priest and the devotees. Devotees were eager to get the laddus in the form of Prasad. By erasing the distinction between big and small, rich and poor, everyone looted laddus with equal sentiment.
Tons of laddus were looted during this Laddu Holi which lasted for about one and a half hours in the temple. Police personnel were also deployed for security.
