His motive behind this was to spread awareness among the general public about small things of law. Such things of law that every man needs to know. Like what to do if a car accident happens, what to do if the police do not file a case? Where and how to complain? What to do if cybercrime happens? What to do if a road accident happens? Traffic rules and road safety, Motor Vehicle Act, What should drivers do if a road accident happens? Provides information about CrPC and Main Sections, Juvenile Act through YouTube.

ADG Prem Prakash told that as soon as he gets some time during the work, he gets the video shot. After this there is a team which makes thumbnails and uploads them on their channel. It takes only five to 10 minutes to shoot a video. The special thing is that due to the accurate and deep knowledge of the law, the video is shot in a single take.
How did this journey start?
Prem Prakash, a 1993 batch IPS officer, said that our youth today use social media a lot. It has been seen on this platform that the police is not listening to me. The SHO is not writing my FIR etc etc. Such complaints keep coming from the police stations as well. From here, through social media, I made up my mind to make people aware of the law and their rights and the result is in front of you. My aim is only to make people aware and educated about the law. For this we are also using other platforms of social media. People are now telling their problems directly to the police by tweeting. There is also a quick solution to the problems of the people.

Prem Prakash, a 1993 batch IPS officer and currently the Deputy Inspector General of Police (ADG) of Prayagraj range, has a different identity in the police department.
