People started worshiping Lord Shiva by lifting the Shivling on the shoulder, chanting Har Har Mahadev and Jai Shiva, bringing it from the pond to the temple premises. Within no time, a crowd of hundreds of people gathered there. There is a 2600 year old temple of Mother Netula in Kumar village of Sikandra. The pond located in the temple premises is being excavated under the renovation plan. During the digging of the pond on Wednesday evening, an ancient Shivling of 3 feet was found.
The people of the village are surprised to find Shivling in the excavation, because during the excavation of the same pond, another idol was found on Tuesday, which the villagers are telling the idol of Mother Parvati. It is also being told that on Tuesday, when the pond was being excavated with JCB, people had also seen a snake deity. When the excavation of the pond progressed, an ancient idol of black stone was found, which people believe to be the idol of Mother Parvati, then during the excavation on Wednesday evening, people were immersed in faith after getting a black stone Shivling from the pond. Maa Netula started worshiping him by placing Shivling in the temple premises. Its video started going viral on social media and on seeing it, people of nearby villages also reached there. Now the villagers are talking about building a Shiva temple in the Maa Netula temple complex.

Temple committee treasurer Umashankar Singh and villager Anuj Kumar told that the construction of the temple of Lord Shiva would be started after the Shivalinga and the idol of Mother Parvati were found during the excavation of the pond in the temple premises. Let us inform that the temple of Maa Netula located in Sikandra block of the district is about 26 years old ancient temple, where people not only from Bihar but from all over the country gather for worship and worship. People stay here especially during Navratri and worship the mother for the relief of their sufferings. It is also said about this temple that Lord Mahavir, the 24th Tirthankar of Lord Nadharma, had spent his time here when he left home.
