The impact of Bhaskar’s news has been seen once again in Hardoi. To take stock of the negligence being done by the municipality, the Municipal Magistrate himself reached the Housing Development Colony today and took stock.
It may be mentioned that Bhaskar had prominently shown the news of children’s school van overturning due to bad road of housing development and illegal encroachment. After which, bypassing the misleading reports of the municipal administration, the Municipal Magistrate reached the Housing Development Colony, the illegal encroachment there was removed from the JCB. Inspection of Ward No-07 Housing Development Colony was done by Municipal Magistrate Dr. Sadanand Gupta along with the officers and employees of Nagar Palika Parishad, Hardoi.
During the inspection, the houses of Awas Vikas Colony, whose ramps, platforms or illegal constructions were found on the road drain, were removed immediately and others were directed to get them removed by giving 02 days time. Otherwise, action will be taken to get it removed by the Municipality. A fine of Rs 14000 was also collected from the shopkeepers who encroached illegally on the drain on Awas Vikas Colony and Circular Road and also directed by the city magistrate that if the encroachment is not removed by the shopkeepers, the fine will be collected daily. In front of the LIC office, in case of waterlogging and garbage on vacant plots and roads, instructions have been given to Safai Nayak to get proper cleaning done.
