Police arrested two miscreants in Pratapgarh
In Pratapgarh, the miscreants who blow notes by trapping equipment in an ATM were sent to jail on Sunday. The Madafarpur police caught the accused Rohit Shukla and Yogesh Mishra during the checking on Friday. Both used to withdraw notes by trapping equipment in the ATM. ADG Prayagraj Zone has announced a reward of Rs 50,000 for the police team that arrested the miscreants.
Equipment used to put in ATM
The Madafarpur police of the district had caught two miscreants on Friday. As soon as he was caught, a miscreant threw the pistol and the device that was used in the ATM in the well. After a long struggle, the policemen pulled out the equipment and the pistol from the well. The arrested accused are Rohit Shukla resident of Bada Ka Purva and Yogesh Mishra resident of Vikrampur Police Station Nagar Kotwali. Regarding the recovered device, the accused told that they trap it in the ATM at the place from where the money is withdrawn. After this, stand away from the ATM. When someone goes to withdraw money, the money gets trapped in the device of the wicked. Due to this, money is deducted from the customer’s account but does not come out. After the customer leaves, the vicious take out their equipment and withdraw money.

Police have also recovered 7 ATM cards, two equipment, 10 thousand rupees in cash, 1 mobile, pistol, cartridge and kiosk from the miscreants. On the same whole matter, SP Satpal Antil said that a gang was caught, who used to withdraw money by installing equipment in ATM, two members of the gang were caught. The team that caught them was given a reward of Rs 50,000 by ADG Zone Prayagraj Premprakash.
