District Collector Nitish Kumar inspecting the counting site in the District Collectorate
Counting of votes for Faizabad Local Authority Constituency will begin at 8 am on Tuesday. All the preparations for the counting of votes have been completed. 12 tables have been set up for counting of votes. There are three candidates voting. Whose fate will be decided. District Election Officer and District Magistrate Nitish Kumar took stock of the counting site on Monday, during which necessary directions were given to the officers.
Counting of votes will be completed on 12 tables
The District Magistrate said that counting of votes will be done under the supervision of Observer Anamika Singh from 08 am. Counting of votes will be done on 12 tables, in which 3978 votes will be counted through 21 ballot boxes. The counting personnel will reach the Collectorate meeting room at 6:30 am, from where they will be allotted tables, after which they will receive their tables at the counting venue.
There will be no celebration at the counting site
The District Magistrate said that the responsibility of maintaining peace outside the counting pandal was given to Municipal Magistrate Satendra Singh and the work related to peace inside the counting pandal was given to the Deputy Collector, Milkipur Digvijay Pratap Singh. The District Magistrate said that no party or candidate will be allowed to celebrate after the counting of votes. Only agents will be with them at the counting venue.
