According to the experts, for the additional benefit of Rs 5.5 lakh to be received during land acquisition, fraudulent denominations are being done on the identified land. But after the complaint, the administration has now started its investigation.
The investigation of the registry was done from October 1 to February 16
According to the experts, after the complaint and the matter opened in the media, the administration has ordered to investigate the matter. The investigation is being done by SDM Jewelers. The SDM has sought information from the Jewelery Registry Office regarding the registry from October 1, 2021 to February 16, 2022.
The good thing is that the registry office has provided this information. The work of sorting out the information related to 800 pages of information has started. The number of registry is more, but the registry related to the Gata number which is to be acquired is getting more attention during the investigation.
The list of land has reached the property dealers
To start the second phase of Jewar Airport, land of 6 villages of Jewar is to be acquired. The land to be acquired has also been identified. About 1185 hectares of land is to be acquired. The list of Gata numbers has also been prepared. But somehow this list got in the hands of the property dealers of jewellery.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, the dealer started selling the identified land. As a result, there was a flood of land registration in the area. And all this happened for an additional Rs 5.5 lakh as compensation.
