Pratapgarh. The results of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections are out. The BJP government has made a strong comeback in the state. At the same time, the dominance of Jansatta Dal has been seen in Pratapgarh. In Pratapgarh, the Jansata Dal of Raghuraj Pratap alias Raja Bhaiya has registered a landslide victory in two assembly seats. While Raja Bhaiya won the Kunda assembly seat for the seventh time in a row, Vinod Saroj, the Jansatta Dal candidate, won the Babaganj assembly seat.
Raja Bhaiya, who is contesting as an independent till now, had formed the Jansatta Dal this time. Under the banner of his party, he secured 99,612 votes in Kunda assembly seat while defeating SP candidate Gulshan Yadav by a margin of about 30 thousand votes. On the other hand, Vinod Saroj, the Jansatta Dal candidate from Babaganj assembly seat, won by a margin of 15,767 votes.
After this victory, the Bahubali MLA of Kunda, who came to collect the certificate, while talking to the media expressed his gratitude to the people of Kunda and Babaganj for this victory. He said, ‘Thank you to the people of Kunda and Babaganj, who brought this historic victory. The flag of Jansatta Dal was hoisted in the entire state, national and regional parties of many years have come on par with Jansatta Dal or have gone below it. It is a matter of great happiness’.
Along with this, Raja Bhaiya, while targeting the SP, said, ‘I had already said that neither the SP government is being formed nor will it be formed.’ At the same time, while reacting to the statement of SP’s national president Akhilesh Yadav during the election campaign, he said that now the result is in front of you. The public has given an answer to Akhilesh. When this statement was made especially, the people of the fifth, sixth and seventh phases where the voting was to be held, the people have responded very well.
