Rape accused Telangana cadre IAS officer got relief, Delhi court granted anticipatory bail

Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana granted bail to rape accused IAS officer Kalicharan Khartade on production of a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of like amount.
