Road accident in Chitrakoot: 2 bikes collided head-on, one youth died; one is in critical condition

A youth died in a road accident in Chitrakoot district. The accident happened in Bharatpur police station area. Here two bikes collided, in which one youth died, while one was seriously injured. Police took the body of the youth in possession and sent it for post-mortem. Police is busy investigating the accident.

Let us tell you, Santosh Goswami, a resident of Mau under Bharatpur police station area, had come to the district headquarters on March 11 to get the essential items of his house. He was going back to his house in the evening when a bike fight broke out near Kapsethi. The local people informed the police about the accident. Police admitted both the motorcyclists to the district hospital.

Seeing the condition of both Santosh and Mahesh critical, doctors referred them to Prayagraj Swarooprani Hospital. Both were undergoing treatment in Prayagraj Swarooprani. Santosh’s condition became more serious and doctors referred him to PGI from Prayagraj. Santosh died on the way from Prayagraj to PGI. This information was given to the family members at home. Taking the dead body, the family reached the district hospital, where the police sent it for post-mortem after doing a Panchnama.
