UP Covid Update Under Sampling In State In The Last Four To Four Days, Even 2 Lakh Samples Were Not Investigated, The Death Toll Continued To Rise.

Contrary to all the claims, corona testing is not being increased in Uttar Pradesh. In the report on Thursday, once again within 2 lakh samples were sent to the lab for testing. Due to less sampling, there is a decline in the number of patients coming to the state continuously. Meanwhile, the number of recovered patients is increasing and the infection rate is declining. The most worrying thing is that during the third wave in the state, the death toll from corona is increasing continuously. In January alone, 210 infected have died.
There was a decline in sample testing up to 24 percent
In Uttar Pradesh, there has been a decline of 24 percent in the testing figures. On January 20, where 2 lakh 47 thousand 845 samples were tested in the state in a day, on January 24, this figure reached 1 lakh 86 thousand 697. The direct effect of this decline was also seen on the daily positive cases. On January 20, 18 thousand 554 positive cases were reported here, while on January 24, this figure was 11 thousand 159. Although there was a slight increase in the investigation from the next day and in the report of 26 January, 2 lakh 14 thousand 992 samples were tested, but in the report of 27, it again showed a decline. On Thursday, 1 lakh 93 thousand 419 samples were examined. In this 8 thousand 901 infected were found.
Death toll increased by 101%
The number of deaths due to corona in the state on January 6 so far was 22 thousand 917. After 21 days i.e. on January 25, this figure increased by 101 percent to 23 thousand 125. During this, more than a dozen have died in Lucknow alone within a fortnight. In Meerut, this number is more than Lucknow. On Wednesday, where the maximum number of 23 infected people died in the third wave, the next day this figure was 20.
On Thursday, 20 corona infected died in the state
In the report on Thursday, 20 corona-infected people had lost their lives in Uttar Pradesh in 24 hours. There have been 2 deaths in Gautam Budh Nagar, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Moradabad, Bijnor, Hapur. Apart from this, one each died in Ghaziabad, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Hardoi, Gonda, Auraiya Banda and Ballia.

So far 25 crore 51 lakh 13 thousand 177 doses of vaccine have been applied in UP. In UP, the number of people who took the first dose above the age of 18 years is 14 crore 53 lakh 31 thousand 893. It is around 98.58 percent. At the same time, the number of people taking the second dose above 18 years is 9 crore 85 lakh 78 thousand 831. This is 66.87% of the state’s population. Apart from this, 85 lakh 21 thousand 43 children between 15 and 18 years have also received the first dose of the vaccine, which is about 60 percent of their population. Apart from this, 10 lakh 49 thousand 834 precaution doses have been applied.
