In Kaluapur village of Dhaurhara, the matter of withdrawal of money from MNREGA in the name of six members of the village head’s house has come to light. However, DC MNREGA has spoken of investigation in this matter.

Villager Ayush Maurya told that as soon as the reins of the village came in the hands of the head, the family members of the head became MGNREGA workers. Whereas before Pradhan, he had no relation with wages even far and wide. As soon as the reins of the village came, the chief’s son, daughter-in-law and brother-in-law became laborers till the son-in-law.

Villager Ayush Maurya told that the head of Kaluapur village is Ayesha’s wife Ansar. As soon as he took over the reins of the village, his son Riyaz started working on paper under MNREGA in the village. He worked 63 days from July to December. Similarly, Riyaz’s wife Ruhena Bano spent 93 days from July to December, Pradhan’s brother-in-law Azad spent 66 days between July and December, Azad’s son Mo Kaif spent 56 days between July and December, while Jeth Qutubuddin spent between June and December. In 100 days, Jeth’s son Kamil has worked in MGNREGA for 66 days.

It is being told that the members of the village head have withdrawn about 90 thousand rupees under MNREGA fraud. Now in such a situation, questions are being raised on the village head and the panchayat secretary. DC MNREGA PP Tripathi said that the matter is serious, yet I am not aware of the matter yet.
