On May 3, in Akodia of Shajapur district, the Akodia police received information that the body of a 12-year-old boy was found in Jatpura. On whose information, immediately after going to the spot and confirming the incident, the police started the investigation by registering the unknown accused under Section 302 of 94/22. The police has exposed this murder in 48 hours.
Police have told that the mother along with her lover had killed her son. Investigation revealed that when Varun reached his house, his mother and his lover Sanjay were seen in the house in an objectionable condition. After which Varun’s mother Mamta and Sanjay killed him by pressing his face with a pillow.
Shajapur SP had formed a team and ordered an inquiry. The team was formed on the instructions of Shajapur SP. During the investigation, based on the evidence and evidence found at the scene of the incident, the FSL team interacted with the people and then took their statements.
Based on this, the police suspected Sanjay alias Sudarshan Bamnia, the lover of Mamta, the mother of the deceased child. When Sanjay was questioned strictly by the police, accused Sanjay alias Sudarshan Bamania told that he was with his girlfriend Mamta Bai on 3 May 2022 at around 02.30.

Then Mamta Bai’s son Varun suddenly came to the house and saw both of them in an objectionable position. After this, fearing her infamy, Mamta Bai, along with her lover Sanjay alias Sudarshan Bamnia, killed her son Varun by suffocating him with a pillow.
Sanjay had reached Akodia from Ujjain to meet his girlfriend Mamta. The police was informed after the death of the child. When the police investigated, it came to know from the people around that someone comes to meet Mamta. After which the police gathered evidence and caught Sanjay, a resident of Ujjain, and interrogated him strictly. At present, the police have arrested both the mother and the lover.
Superintendent of Police Pankaj Srivastava said that the team was constituted under the direction of Additional Superintendent of Police Shujalpur SDOP. During the investigation in the case, on the basis of the physical evidence found from the spot, the statements of the SFL team and witnesses, the mother of the deceased child, Mamta and her lover Sanjay alias Sudarshan Bamnia have been arrested. A case under section 302 has been registered against the accused after the accused confessed to his crime.
