The bridge built on the west canal of Mahuapatan village on the Gadrampur-Trimuhani Ghat road in Tarkulwa block of Deoria district is dilapidated for years. The railing of the bridge is broken. Hundreds of four wheelers like tempo, tractor-trolley, trucks, etc., move through the road. Due to which there is always the fear of accident.
Let us tell you that on the Deoria-Kasaya road in Tarkulwa block, the villages of Mathia Kuti, Chiutahan, Siswa, Narayanpur etc. are connected by road through Markandeya, Paharpur, Basantpur, Deurwa, Piprahiya, Mahuari, Mahuapatan and other villages. The condition of the canal bridge built on West Semri Rajwaha of Mahuapatan market on the Gadrampur-Trimuhani river ghat, Prime Minister village road, directly connecting Kushinagar district is in a dilapidated condition. His railing has been broken for a long time. Most of the people of both the districts like to decide their destination through this short cut route due to school children, passers-by.
bus stop operating
A few years ago, a roadways bus used to run on this road from Deoria to Jaura Bazar. Due to which people had a lot of ease in traveling. However, due to the dilapidation of this bridge, the operation of the bus has also stopped. Often people get injured on this bridge. Many times there have been major accidents here and there. Even after this, the eyes of the responsible do not fall on this dilapidated canal bridge. There is deep resentment among the local people about this.
Villagers demand bridge construction
Regional people Village head Hira Lal Gupta, Satyendra Gupta, Dr. Pramod Gupta, Lalji Yadav, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Aashiq Ali, Barrister Yadav, Sudhir Pandey, Aman Rai, Brahmadev Gupta, Manoj Yadav, Ashok Yadav, Rakesh Prasad, Chandrabali Kharwar, Sandeep Singh, Abhay Tiwari, Narad Sharma, Angad Sharma etc. have demanded the construction of the bridge.
