Many applications are coming for membership even in 10-10 lakh rupees. It is being built in Sector-151A of Noida. The club is being built by Noida Authority. The club is being prepared at a cost of Rs 100 crore. Golf Course Club is being built on a total of 90 acres of land. It should be noted that a heliport is also being built in this sector.
Life time membership will be available for Rs 10 lakh
International level golf course club being built on 90 acres of land will be very attractive. Many types of facilities will be given to the members here. But accordingly the fee for becoming a member of the club has also been kept. If the experts are to be believed, the common people of the city will have to pay Rs 10 lakh as fees to become a life time member.
On the other hand, if a government officer wants to become a member of the club, then he will have to pay a fee of Rs 3.5 lakh. Whereas corporate companies will get membership for Rs 15 lakh. According to the experts, by changing the rules of membership of the club to only one thousand people, about 3.5 thousand people can be made members of the club.
Club will be made green with 12.5 crores
According to the officials associated with the Noida Authority, 90 acres of land has been acquired for the Golf Course Club. The cost of the land itself is said to be more than Rs 150 crore. In the club, Rs 70 crore is being spent on civil work, Rs 17.83 crore on electrical work and Rs 12.51 crore on preparing gardens like greenery.
The Golf Force will have clubhouse, conference hall, restaurant, gym, swimming pool and three banquet halls. Along with this, rooms have also been made to stay in the club itself. Out of 3 banquet halls, one will have a capacity of 4 thousand and the remaining two banquet halls will have a capacity of 800-800 people.
