The race is starting from today (Monday) for admission in various classes in the government schools of Delhi in the new academic session 2022-23. For admission in classes VI to IX, you will be able to apply online, while in Sarvodaya Vidyalayas, application forms will be available in the school for admission in Nursery, KG and Class I. Along with this, many government schools in Delhi have been converted into Sarvodaya Vidyalayas. In such a situation, opportunities have also increased this year for admission in nursery, KG and first class.
The process for unplanned admission in government schools will be online. Three different cycles have been prescribed for this. In the first cycle, the process of online registration will start on the website of Directorate of Education from 12 noon on 11th April. You will be able to register till 5 pm on May 2. The entire process will end on August 31. There will also be help desks in schools for admission. Apart from this, information can be obtained by calling 1800116888 and 10580 numbers. Delhi residence proof is a must.
Admission in Nursery, KG and 1st class also from today: In Sarvodaya Vidyalayas, the process for admission to Nursery, KG and Class I in the academic session 2022-23 will start from Monday. The application forms will start receiving from April 11. You can submit the application form till 25 April.
