Saharanpur. In Mandi police station area of Saharanpur district, a woman became a victim of the evil intention of a tantrik. The tantrik lured her into his net to cure her illness and after that the woman was allegedly raped. As soon as this matter came to the fore, the police registered a case and started searching for the accused. The police have given information about this incident on Sunday. It was told that the woman was threatened with death if she protested and only then she was raped.
Superintendent of Police (City) Rajesh Kumar said that a woman was running ill for some time in the police station Mandi area. She was constantly taking medicines for the disease. Even after this, her illness was not cured, so she went to a tantrik for her treatment. SP City Rajesh Kumar quoted the allegations made by the woman and told that the said tantrik called the sick woman on the pretext and raped her.
Victim narrated her ordeal to her husband, then FIR lodged
It has been told that after becoming a victim of rape, the victim woman told this to her husband. The husband got upset after listening to the wife. He reached the police station with his wife and lodged a complaint against the said tantrik. In this, the whole incident was mentioned and the police has registered a case on the basis of Tahrir.
Police said that they are looking for the accused tantrik. The entire team has been deployed for his arrest. Soon he will be arrested.
