Kushinagar Police has arrested two smugglers with 51 kg of ganja. They had neatly hidden the ganja in the doors of the car. Both the accused hailing from Bihar were smuggling a consignment of ganja from Orissa to Bihar, but on the information of the informer, the police arrested both of them.
